Once the forms have been filled out, we will call or text (whichever you prefer) to schedule the initial consultation.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is normally an in-person meeting that includes some basic assessments ( balance, strength and endurance testing) along with finding the best program for you.  The $10 consultation fee will go towards any of the programs you decide to choose.

3 personalized workout sessions weekly that last approximately 50 minutes each for one client. Includes one 20-30 minute nutrition counseling session per week.

This will be automatically billed on a weekly basis.

We'll walk you through menu planning, batch cooking, healthier alternatives to your favorite foods, stress management and an overall healthier lifestyle.  

This plan includes one 50-60 minute nutrition counseling session each week.  

This will be automatically billed every 4 weeks. *Requires a 3 month minimum*

*Each program requires 1 week notice for cancellation*
